SPECIFICATIONS

  • Materials: Solid kiln-dried hardwood and furniture-grade laminates, metal casters
  • Material Finishes: Espresso legs, brass casters
  • Cushion Fill: Cloud cushion features a high-resiliency foam core wrapped with a super soft foam layer then inserted into a channel-quilted casing filled with a blend of 50% fiber, 5% down, and 45% feather.
  • Back Fill: 50% fiber, 5% down, and 45% feather blend, constructed with multiple compartments to keep materials evenly distributed and securely in place.
  • Seat Comfort: This seat is plush yet supportive. Cushions with feather and down fill require regular fluffing and rotating to maintain their shape.
  • Seat Construction: Sinuous-springs system. Heavy-gauge steel springs are placed 4” - 5” apart for uniform comfort and doubled up on each end to withstand the wear and tear that comes from everyday use. Features a frame using mortise and tenon, double-dowel, and corner-block construction to provide solid, long-lasting joints.
  • Made In: Virginia. This piece is handcrafted by a team of artisans and carefully reviewed by quality inspectors prior to shipment. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, dimensions can vary by up to 1 inch.

In-Stock products ship within 2 business days. Made-to-Order Products have a 4-6 week production lead time, which may vary depend on fabric availability. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks in transit for your item to arrive.

RETURNS

This is a final sale item and non-returnable. Please read our returns policy in full here

WARRANTY

Lifetime Limited Warranty-Frames and Springs. Frames and spring systems are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product; One (1) Year Limited Warranty - fabrics, leather, back filling materials, zippers & fasteningsUpholstery fabrics, including slipcovers, are under warranty for one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying and dye transfer, but only if any cleaning conforms to industry standard methods. This warranty does not cover wearing, wrinkling, fading, pilling. ANY SELF-TREATMENT OR RETAILER APPLIED SOIL REPELLER VOIDS THIS WARRANTY; Five (5) Year Limited Warranty – Seat Cushion Cores. Foam cores (not polyester fiber wrap) in all cushions (except in Feather Soft cushions) are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects and against the loss of foam resiliency for five (5) years, with validation of normal wear and tear and confirmation by manufacturer of resiliency loss. Abnormal wear and abnormal loss of resiliency should not be confused with the softening and flattening of the foam and fibers, which is considered normal wear, and are not defects.

CARE OF THIS ITEM

Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or mild dry cleaning solvent. Pretest a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding. Do not saturate. Pile fabrics may require brushing with a non-metallic, stiff bristle brush to restore appearance. Hot water extraction of steam cleaning is not a recommenced cleaning method. Cushions casings should not be removed and laundered or dry cleaned. To prevent overall soiling, frequent vacuuming or light brushing with a non-metallic, stiff bristle brush to remove dust and grime is recommended. When cleaning a spill, blot immediately to remove spilled material. Clean spots or stains from the outside to the middle of affected area to prevent circling. Use a professional furniture cleaning service when an overall soiled condition has been reached.
