Material Finishes: Espresso legs, brass casters. Wood is a natural material, and each piece will display its own unique grain pattern, texture, color variation, and character markings. Differences in grain direction, mineral streaking, knots, and color tone are inherent to real wood and contribute to the individuality of each piece. These natural variations are expected and are not considered defects.
Cushion Fill: A CertiPUR-US®️ certified, high-resiliency foam core wrapped with a super soft foam layer then inserted into a channel-quilted casing filled with a blend of 50% fiber, 5% down, and 45% feather.
Back Fill: 50% fiber, 5% down, and 45% feather blend, constructed with multiple compartments to keep materials evenly distributed and securely in place.
Pillow Quantity: 2 bolster pillows, 25” W x 14” H
Seat Comfort: This seat is plush yet supportive. Cushions with feather and down fill require regular fluffing and rotating to maintain their shape.
Seat Construction: Sinuous-springs system. Heavy-gauge steel springs are placed 4” - 5” apart for uniform comfort and doubled up on each end to withstand the wear and tear that comes from everyday use. Features a frame using mortise and tenon, double-dowel, and corner-block construction to provide solid, long-lasting joints.
Design Note: A slight bowing of the frame is visible underneath the seat deck, an intentional design feature that provides additional support. Due to the handmade nature of this sofa, small variances in the finished construction are to be expected.
Made In Virginia: This piece is handcrafted by a team of artisans and carefully reviewed by quality inspectors prior to shipment. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, dimensions can vary by up to 1 inch.
