For orders within the contiguous 48 United States, we offer complimentary shipping by either a common carrier, FedEx or UPS depending on the details of the order. 

Please note that all white glove shipments are by appointment only. You will receive a phone call 48 hours prior to delivery to set up a mutually convenient time and date for delivery. Please note that all delivery attempts will be made only once. Additional delivery attempts are subject to a $60 additional delivery surcharge. If delivery cannot be made within 7 business days after a courtesy phone call has been made, an additional $20 per day will be assessed for local DC storage charges. If you require a specific date and time for delivery, a $125 time stop surcharge will be added to your order.
Shipping to HI, AK and PR will incur a $300 additional shipping surcharge. Please note that we assess these orders manually for larger freight items as the additional charge may exceed $300. 
Shipping Time
Our handling times vary by product. Each item is carefully packed and crated, and our handling times vary between one to two weeks. It takes an additional 2-3 weeks after the item leaves the warehouse for the item to leave your home depending on your proximity to our various warehouse locations. A tracking ID will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our warehouse so that you may track the package yourself. Please note that the best way to estimate shipping time is to look at the "shipping" tab available on each individual product page. 
Expedited Time
Expedited shipping is available on select items. Please contact our customer service team to inquire about expediting a specific order. 
On certain occasions, we can expedite within 2-3 business days for an up-charge on large freighted items. Please call us for more details. 
International Shipping


International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout


We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers. Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "International Checkout" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
Canada Shipping
We realize that 80% of our Canadian customers live within 60 miles of the border, so we have partnered with Kinek to receive packages conveniently along the border. 
Kinek has created a US Border Network for Canadians. Here is a list of all the KinekPoints you may ship to for from Kathy Kuo Home for free. It's safe, efficient, and only costs $5 per package for pick up. Once your package arrives at one of the Kinek border locations, you will receive an Instant Message (SMS) and email notification letting you know it is ready to be picked up at a time of your convenience. Eliminate the need for costly duty, brokerage and shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to offer you the finest furniture and home decor products in the world right here on our e-boutique. But we all know the old adage (perhaps Forrest Gump says it best), and the truth isthings just don't always work out the way we want them to. But at Kathy Kuo Home, the journey doesn't end there! If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 72 hours of receiving your item and we'll make every effort to get things back on track. We can't guarantee an error-free world, but we can guarantee that your happiness is our number one priority.
Here's the deal: Our return policy is specific to each product. Please check the product page "returns" tab for details on the return policy for the specific product you're purchasing. Your product will have the one of the following return policies:
  • Product can be returned. The customer is required to pay for the return shipping cost plus our initial shipping costs.
  • Product can be returned. The customer is required to pay for the return shipping cost plus our initial shipping costs and a restocking fee (typically 25%, but this amount may vary).
  • Product cannot be returned as it is a final sale item.
So, what do we need from you? Please keep all of the original packaging. Items without original packaging cannot be approved for returns. As we work with multiple warehouses, we will reach out to you with the appropriate address for return. 
To expedite your return, just log into your account. Go to "My Order History" and follow the directions for return.

Damaged Items
If an item is damaged in transit, we will offer the best and fastest solution available to guarantee your satisfaction. For most incidents, damage is minor and can be repaired by one of our professionally certified furniture repair medics near you. Our medics will restore your item to its brand new condition and  you won't have to deal with the wait time for a replacement item to be packaged and shipped to you. In the event of more extended damage, we will work with you to come to a money back or discount agreement that meets your satisfaction. If the damages are beyond repair, we will ship out a replacement item immediately or credit you for the merchandise.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for a replacement of in-stock items. Note again that damage claims must be received within 72 hours of the item arriving. Please inspect your merchandise carefully, and refuse the shipment if your item is damaged beyond repair.
For all damages, please let us know immediately by phone or email and share with us the following information:
1. Digital snapshots of the damaged product and the packaging it came in. These photos help us assess how the damage happened and help us make changes to prevent future items from incurring similar damages. Digital images are mandatory for processing a damage claim. Damage claims without documented images will not be reviewed. We recommend uploading the photos to your account directly. 
2. Your reason for the return as it relates to shipping damages or a manufacturing defect. Any additional details that may help us understand the problem are also helpful and welcomed.
