Karey Foote | @OurForeverTNFarmhouse
Karey Foote is a mama-of-three, a super-inspiring home content creator, and a seasoned builder with a an eye for chic decor! She and her husband, Justin, built and customized a modern transitional farmhouse in Tennessee, and now delight in sharing budget friendly and high end decor, and tips on building, home decor, and design services.
“Karey’s father was a general contractor and passed the building bug onto Karey—her home in Tennessee is her third big project with her husband, who is a big DIY guy. We had the opportunity to partner with Karey on finding the perfect sideboard for her space.”
I love how she styled this sleek, modern piece for winter and made it feel really cozy and unique with vases of seasonal greenery, stacks of books, and oh-so-chic candles (I have similar ones in my own home!).

-Heather Barta writes on Instagram
When we heard from Heather this winter that she was on the lookout for a couple new cozy-chic pieces to refresh her living room with, it was a match made in minimal-design heaven. We worked with her on bringing in a perfect coffee table and boucle poufs and the result is so organically stylish and relaxed!

Finally, meet Emily Ndoja! Emily is another mom-of-three (a theme for this month!) based in Columbus, Ohio, and currently renovating her 90’s Georgian home with her husband, using a mix of high-end and budget-friendly pieces. “Our carriage house apartment is all ready for guests thanks to Kathy Kuo Home!” -Emily Ndoja writes on Instagram
Emily came to us as she was working on the design for her carriage house guest apartment. We worked with her on finding the perfect pendant light, statement pillows, and coffee table for this serene guest space. Okay…now that her carriage house is decorated, I may just have to stop by for an extended visit for some R&R!
