Here at the Kuotes and Kathy Kuo Home, our priority is providing the absolute best in design. If you’re working with a difficult or unique space, custom furniture is the perfect solution to ensure your design looks beautiful and purposeful.
No more squeezing too-big pieces into tight corners or returning furniture because it doesn’t look as you imagined. Our specially curated custom furniture selection allows you to choose and alter your furniture from size to fabric to finish.
All you have to do is take careful measurements and contact us, and we’ll provide you with a detailed design schematic of your very own fully custom piece.
Want to know more about how it works? Here’s an example from a recent client:
“I absolutely loved the Yen sliding door cabinet from Kathy Kuo Home. The only problem was that the piece was too small for the wall where I wanted it to go. Luckily, when I called in to customize the piece, we were able to add an additional compartment. I also changed the finish of the front and wanted to use one of my favorite prints for behind the glass panels.”
After receiving our client’s call, we drew up a design schematic for her to agree to before beginning production. We added an additional door and actually used a wallpaper print from Benson Cobb instead of fabric for behind the glass paneling.
Whether it’s changing the size of your table, adding more shelves into a cabinet or bookcase, or simply upholstering your furniture in your favorite COM material, we can provide you with the design creativity and flexibility you need to design your home, your way.

I agree that we should take careful measurements when we decide to have custom furniture. My mom wants to remodel our living room. My sister suggested having custom furniture and shared this article with her. It says that custom furniture will provide no more squeezing too-big pieces into tight corners or return furniture because it doesn’t look as you imagined.
Thanks for reaching out Kayla! So happy the article was helpful 🙂
