Hi there, cuties! Ask anyone on my team here at KKH and they’ll tell you how obsessed I am with my lovely friend Jenny Cipoletti—as a content creator, a KKH partner, and just as a creative spirit in general!
If you’re a regular Kuotes reader, you know that we worked with the New Jersey-based Jenny Cipoletti on her nursery for her first child, her outdoor space, and aspects of her kitchen—so it was such a treat when we heard from Jenny that she was looking to refresh her entryway with some classic European-style decorative elements.
“With a touch of inspiration from the timeless elegance of classic architecture our 1870’s brownstone holds, mixed with a dash of eclectic European charm, our foyer now reflects our personal style in the most beautiful way.” -Jenny Cipoletti writes
Classic Charm With A Modern Twist
Jenny Cipoletti’s entryway was really a blank slate, so she was ready for a really intentional and chic refresh. Her home is a classic Italianate brownstone and Jenny has incorporated Italian and Parisian elements into her home’s design motif throughout, so touches of traditional European flare mixed with contemporary sensibilities was the blend we were aiming for.
By focusing on lighting, a statement mirror, and several pieces of coordinating wall art pieces, Jenny’s choices reflect the fact that you can create an incredibly distinctive statement in a small space without going over the top.

Bold Botanical Wall Art
One of my favorite aspects of Jenny Cipoletti’s entryway is the gallery wall motif created by grouping four vintage-inspired botanical prints with gold frames. The fact that each piece is different but that they’re all from the same series makes for a really harmonious effect that catches your eye without overwhelming it.
“The gallery wall—a mix of vintage botanical prints, serves as the backdrop for the mirror, casting a warm, romantic glow that welcomes visitors to explore the charm within,” Jenny writes on her website. I couldn’t agree more!

Understated Elegance & Subtle Glamour
Finally, after Jenny set the scene for an elegant first impression of her home with a chest, gallery wall, and the perfect lighting picks from Visual Comfort, we worked with her to tie the space together with an antique-inspired mirror, an arrangement of faux florals from John-Richard, and minimalist white decorative bowl. So simple, but so chic and the vignette instantly sets the tone for the rest of Jenny beautiful home that lies beyond her entryway.
“Our home has always been our haven, but now you can feel it more than ever when you walk through the front door,” Jenny writes. I couldn’t have said it better myself—this entryway design is as inviting as it is sophisticated!
