I have always believed that home was more of a mindset and an outward reflection of my values, rather than a specific structure. From my childhood in Taipei, to adolescence in Boston, to college in Rhode Island, to present-day as a businesswoman and mother in New York City — home is an accumulation of my most cherished pieces, a place I designed amongst whatever backdrop I was given, and a space to share with the people I care about.

When I launched Kathy Kuo Home in 2012, my vision was to provide everything from design inspiration to flawless execution in one vertically integrated platform. I wanted to help customers create homes that weren’t solely defined by individual pieces of furniture, but rather pieces designed together to create an elevated space that is uniquely theirs. It is our mission to do exactly that.

Kathy Kuo Design Studio offers one of the most robust interior design platforms in the e-design space today — featuring elegant designs combined with exceptional visualization schematics to customers nationwide, both virtually and in-person.

Operating as a top boutique design firm, our in-house experts are extensively trained in both interiors and product design, and are available to seamlessly guide clients through the project from initial consultation to final installation. Kathy Kuo is an award-winning interior designer, a business-owner, and a mother-of-two based in New York City. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, she worked in luxury product design and as a celebrity interior designer on TV before launching Kathy Kuo Home, in 2012.
